TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

• All prices quoted include VAT, insurance, UK recover, unlimited mileage and the provision of either U locks or Disc locks which must be used when leaving the bikes unattended. All of our motorcycles are fitted with alarm/immobilisers.

• Helmets and luggage can be provided free of charge.

• Call us to confirm availability of the bike of your dreams.

• On collection you will need to provide your driving licence, passport and a utility bill confirming your identity and current address (e.g. bank statement, gas bill etc...)

• Foreign nationals will be required to also provide proof of where they are staying whilst in the UK.

• Any major driving offences must be declared to us prior to hire and must be acceptable to our insurers. Failure to advise us in advance may result in the refusal of hire.

• Payment in full of the hire cost must be made before leaving with the bike. A deposit, as stated in "our rates" will also be required. This must be provided either by debit or credit card. The deposit will be fully returned upon the safe return of the bike following inspection for any damage.

• The bike must be return by the time and date specified at the time of collection. Late return will result in an additional charge being payable.

• Our bikes can all be taken overseas but Green Card insurance and European breakdown must be arranged prior to departure.

• A non-refundable booking fee is required for all reservations. £50.00 for hires of up to 5 days and £100.00 for hires of 5 days and over. This booking fee will be deducted from the hire cost of the bike on collection.
